Volunteers

Fueled by people like you

The Corsage Project is run entirely by volunteers. Our executive committee meets throughout the year to manage our program and plan our Boutique Ball, an annual event supported by more than 600 volunteers.

We are thankful for our incredible volunteers who lend us their time and talent and continue to energize and inspire our organization. We look forward to working with returning volunteers and to welcoming new faces.

Boutique Ball volunteer opportunities

Countless ways to help

Personal Shopper – Pair up with a Corsage Girl to help style her prom look with a fabulous dress and accessories.

Station Attendant – Suggest styles and replenish tables with fresh merchandise at the various stations such as jewellery, shoes and evening bags.

Change Room Attendant – Offer dress advice, monitor crowd control and run dresses back to the Main Room. Typically one of the most exciting areas, as this is where Corsage Girls find their special dress!

Set Up & Take Down – Join the team the day before the event (Saturday, April 13, 2019) to set up the change rooms, the Main Dress Room and the various stations. Take down volunteers are needed immediately following the event.

Volunteers registering to assist with our set-up day may be under the age of 19, however, they need to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 19.

To ensure the comfort of our participants, we are now requiring that all volunteers for Boutique Ball be over the age of 19. Please note that this is a change from previous years.
